It’s time for winemaking! The 2012 season is shaping up to be great so far. Our upgrades and painting in the winery are almost done, and we made a trip to Napa yesterday to buy 5 new (used) barrels, 1 brand-new 30 gallon barrel, and a whole bunch of supplies.
Bring on the grapes! We’re making Petit Sirah and Barbera this year. And, maybe some white wine too. Pictures and more info coming soon!
